Calling all founders, makers, creators and sellers…if November and December is your biggest selling season and you’re ready to make this Crimbo a sell out, then look no further for your content! Our latest project is about to make your countdown to Christmas visually exciting, your marketing a breeze and boost your sales this festive season. Introducing "Snapvent Calendar" a creative and fun concept that combines the charm of an advent calendar with beautiful images to help sell your wears. Here's how it works:


How it works

All you need to do is send us your products, and we’ll work our magic. We'll style, shoot, and create a minimum of 30 captivating images, plenty to use in the lead up to Christmas. Then, we'll send you the images, ready to dazzle customers and boost your Crimbo sales! Please see some examples below of how we are amping up the festive theme on some of our clients incredible products. This could be your product, all sprinkled in Christmas dust, shot by Binky Nixon and ready to dazzle clients.

How to book

Booking a Snapvent Calendar slot is quick and easy! Just head over to our shop, select the session date that suits you best and follow the simple booking process. We'll provide you with all the necessary details for sending us your products. Then, relax, pour yourself a Baileys and look forward to the imagery we'll create for you.


Spreading Christmas cheer for a cause

Not only will you get beautiful imagery this Christmas but you will help a well needed cause as £5 of every shoot sold will be donated to a local charity.


FAQ’s

How do I get my stock to you and will it be returned? You are welcome to personally deliver your items to us either in Ampthill/Bedford or use a courier of your choosing. You will be contacted with address details once you have booked a slot.
You may also collect the items once we have used them from Ampthill/Bedford or they can be returned via Evri (return fee not included). Having mentioned all the above if you are not fussed about the items being returned then we can dispose of them appropriately, especially if it is edible, drinkable, usable…wink wink.

When will I get the images? Your images will be delivered to you digitally between 10th-13th Novemember.

Can you pencil me in? Your slot is only secured once you have paid the shoot fee via our shop.

How much dose it cost? Each slot is £100.

How many items can I send? up to 25 items. If you would like more products shooting then please get in touch.

Where can I use the images? On your Website, social media platforms and any printed media. Please credit images where possible as we would love to see how you use the shots!

Who has usage rights? As the paying customer, you have the rights to use the images. However if you use external selling platforms or wish to use the images in any editorial or press releases, we just ask to be credited.

Will I be able to re-sell the products I send you? Rest assured, we'll handle your items with utmost care and return everything as it was delivered. Fresh food goods or things that require lifestyle interactions (e.i burning candles, beauty products, or cutting open food etc) may limit what can be resold but we promise the images will be worth it.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer require a slot? Unfortunately due to there only being a limited amount of slots available for this promotion the shoot fee is non-refundable if cancelled less than 5 days prior.

What if I can’t get my products to you in time? Please ensure you send us your items with plenty of leeway. We want to make sure everything gets to us in time for the shoot date, so we can work our magic and get those photos to you on schedule. If things don't arrive before the shoot date, it might get a little tricky to include them in the editing process and hit our delivery deadline. So, the more time, the better!

Is the dog included in the shoot fee? Ernie is happy to lend a paw, modelling any relevant products free of charge as he is such a good boy.
